“I originally went to see Clare because I had lower back pain which she helped resolve very quickly, but I feel like I have got so much more from seeing her. I always feel like I learn something new when I make a visit to see her. She has taught me a lot about my diet and lifestyle that has helped me manage chronic IBS better. She is a very capable and warm person.”

WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC?
Chiropractic primarily concerns itself with the relationship between structure of the spine and function of the human body which is coordinated by the central nervous system and brain. Chiropractors are highly skilled at observing and palpating the body to identify and correct subluxation* and or postural distortion patterns in the musculoskeletal system.
I decided to study Chiropractic after I saw how it helped my Father recover from a back injury. I learnt the importance of a functioning nervous system for the body to heal and express health. I was struck by how much sense this made to me and I wondered why this had not been impressed upon me during my undergraduate degree in Human Biology.
